Tools

We provide comprehensive supplies of progressive tools, transfer tools, manual loading tools, prototype tools, tools with riveting units, threading and shearing tools, punching tools, drawing tools, calibration tools and others.

Each tool is tested at the customer’s place and fine-tuned exactly according to their requirements and the demands of peripheral devices such as feeders, sheet metal straighteners, lubrication units etc. If necessary or at the customer’s request, the tools are supplemented with diagnostic elements (sensors, control units).

Inspection fixtures

Using the inspection fixture, it is possible to directly check whether the stamping meets the required shape and dimensions.

Most fixtures are also designed for use in 3D measurement. The fixtures contain control points that keep the coordinate system of the measured part. Instructions for use and a methodology for measuring parts is, of course, part of the delivery.

Stamped parts

Samples and prototypes

We offer the supply of prototype parts and samples in single quantities or smaller series. For the pressing of these parts, we will design the optimal part production technology, designing and manufacturing of prototype tools, including pressing the required number of pieces.

Designing

We offer the design of stamping tools according to the part drawing and customer requirements. We supply complete production drawing documentation, PDF assembly drawing, parts lists, 3D assembly model.

We also offer documentation modifications for already existing tools, e.g. when changing stampings.

In cooperation with the customer, we optimize the shapes of stampings to simplify manufacturability, i.e. to make production more efficient.

Simulation

We offer technology design and verification of the production process by using simulation. By this method we can more quickly optimize shear curves, solve morphing of sprung surfaces, thinning, and determine material limit values ​​during forming.

We offer support in optimizing of already existing tools. We provide on-site tool surface scanning, technological-kinematic analysis, and simulation to improve the forming process.
